Terms and Conditions of Use

We here at www.pleasurestore.in have a set of stringent terms and conditions that must be read, understood and abided by all those who are willing to access information here. Take a look:

• While ordering for any product from our store, if the customer fails to mandate that he/she is minimum 18 years of age or above, we will not accept the order. The customer has to confirm the age limit, and if it is not mentioned or found below it, no order shall be accepted.

• If any product that has been already damaged or broken is delivered, a specific time span of 48 hours will be allotted to the customers to inform us. If by any chance, this specified time span exceeds, the request for return shall be not be taken, no matter what the reason is.

• We either replace or refund the money if found that the product we delivered is damaged or broken from our end. Even if it is a wrong one, we will surely get it replaced. A product that has already undergone damages will be applicable for return by the customer.

• Our business is dedicated to selling only hygienic products. We understand how health and hygiene matters to all. We, therefore, sell only fresh products and are strict against accepting used ones. In such cases, we take no return requests, no matter what reason is stated by the customer.

• Our mission is to promote sexual wellness amongst all. Therefore, we do not sell products for commercial purposes. Our products are meant to be used just for private use. Do not use them with any outsider.

• If the customer had damaged the product, be it accidentally or under any other circumstance, we will not be held responsible for the loss. We will not take any return request also.
